An Environmental Science Major at Humboldt State University, Katie is feeling the pressure to bring the concepts and theories she learns in class into the real world, and act out her ideals with physical action. Katie grew up in Jackson, Wyoming. She spent her first two years of college at Humboldt State University, and then spent her junior year in Oslo, Norway. Now that she is back in Arcata, her desire to live a sustainable, environmentally conscious lifestyle is even stronger!
